Cyclist Strength

A small-group strength program built specifically for cyclists — to help you stay strong, mobile, and ready for next season.

When does it start?

Tuesday, October 6, 7–8 a.m., one Tuesday a week for 13 weeks.

What's included?

  • Coaching from a certified trainer, with progressions that build week over week

  • A focus on strength, explosiveness, and stability, everything that keeps you solid on the bike

  • Between-session tracking and homework to keep you progressing off the bike too

  • A small group, capped at 10 people, for real individual attention

  • Full access to Infinity's Bathäus (sauna + cold plunge) for the whole session

Who's it for?

All levels, whether you ride for fun, you're training for an event or a long ride, or you race more seriously. Everyone progresses at their own pace, toward their own goals.

A great way to use the fall and early winter to build strength, stay active off the bike, and head into next season ready to go.

First Rodeo: monthly line dancing, open to all.

Pink sparkly cowboy boots on a person with a dark background, overlaid with yellow text and a horse logo promoting an LGBTQ+ line dance event called '1st Rodeo'.

Whether you're an experienced dancer or this is your first rodeo, throw on your boots* and learn to line dance with Noel, host of Montreal SPURS.

Bring your hot and cool looks and be ready get ready to get sweaty to country classics, contemporary pop, R&B, disco, and who knows what else!

No weird gendered expectations, everyone will be supported in finding authentic self expression through dance.

Come slide and spin and stomp first Friday of the month!

* Leather soled boots/shoes, or sneakers with minimal grip are recommended. We want to slide and spin and stomp! It's not advised to come barefoot, or in sandals.
