Accessibility is at the heart of our approach. We strive to eliminate obstacles that have historically excluded individuals from fitness spaces.

As trainers, we educate and coach people toward optimizing their health by understanding their physical, psychological, social, and environmental needs. Our role is to help clients clarify their reasons for seeking change, meet them where they are, and support them with personalized programs that keep them motivated through every phase of their journey.

Whether in one-on-one sessions or group classes, humans crave community and belonging. Some access this more easily, often due to the bodies or identities they were born into. Research shows that marginalized communities face added barriers to services like these.

At Infinity Movement, it's our mission to challenge systems and create spaces where everyone—including those from vulnerable communities—can build strength, resilience, and connection.

Accessibility is at our core. We actively seek to understand and remove the barriers that have excluded marginalized individuals from spaces like this. Being accessible means ensuring everyone has equal opportunity to gain knowledge, receive support, and succeed—regardless of their background or lived experience.

We use trauma-informed, anti-oppressive language, coaching with curiosity and empathy. We recognize that many have had harmful experiences in fitness spaces. That’s why we’re intentional about communication and committed to dismantling racism, sexism, ageism, fatphobia, homophobia, and transphobia. We also consider neurodivergence and mental health, fostering an environment of bravery, safety, and belonging.

While we are not exclusively queer, our values center the needs of marginalized communities. Our founder, some coaches, and many clients are LGBTQIA+, and allies are not only welcome—they're essential.
