Infinity Movement was conceived because of the absence of brave and inclusive spaces in the fitness industry.
DISCOVER OUR CLASSES & BUILD A DIVERSE MOVEMENT PRACTICE
All classes are suitable for a variety of experience levels, from newbie to seasoned athlete, and each of our programs can be followed on its own or can be paired with other classes on our schedule to help create a more diverse movement practice.
STRENGTH
Built to make you stronger. Every class uses controlled sets, progressive loading and a full month-long program so you can actually track your progress.
-
A class to get stronger with full body workouts that train all the major muscle groups. Each month introduces a new training block, with movements repeated and progressed throughout the month so you can build confidence, improve your technique and lift more. The exercises change between blocks to keep the training varied and enjoyable. With controlled sets and built in recovery, the focus is on lifting well rather than rushing against the clock. This is not circuit training; this is strength training.
-
This is strength training from a different angle, using landmines, kettlebells, unilateral exercises and rotational movements to train your body in positions and directions not always covered by traditional strength training. One program runs for the whole month, so you can build familiarity with the movements, improve your technique and progressively increase the load, not just sweat. Like Full Body Strength, this class uses controlled sets and built-in recovery, making it slower, more intentional and focused on getting stronger in ways you may not usually train.
-
The perfect entry point for building strength, whether you're brand new, coming back after time away, or just want to reconnect with the basics. Compound movements paired with a touch of cardio, in a class that stays consistent all month so you can focus on feeling confident in the room. No pressure to keep up, just a solid foundation to build from.
-
A strength class created for the 60+ community. Using resistance exercises and balance work, you'll build the strength and confidence to support everyday activities, from getting out of a chair to carrying groceries and climbing stairs. Every exercise can be adjusted to your experience and ability, allowing you to work at your own pace alongside people with similar goals. Stay strong, stay steady and keep doing what you love.
-
A dedicated strength program for cyclists of every level. Using progressive resistance training, the class develops lower body strength through squat, hinge and single-leg movements, alongside trunk work to build strength across the whole body. The goal is not to recreate cycling in the gym, but to develop the force and muscle capacity that complement your work on the bike.
Once a week, October through December. Spaces are limited.escription
CONDITIONING
Kick up your cardio and strength endurance. Our circuits combine cardio, full-body resistance and core work into structured, station-based training that keeps every session balanced and every exercise intentional.
-
This circuit combines cardio exercises, full-body resistance exercises and ab work, with each coach adding a touch of their own creativity. The structure stays consistent, while the exercises change from class to class to provide variety and keep it fun. It is designed to make you sweat, but programmed sensibly so the work is balanced across the whole body and every exercise has a purpose.
-
Warrior Circuit is a more playful and adventurous take on conditioning, combining less conventional exercises and movement sequences that keep things interesting and challenge you to move in new ways. The program stays the same throughout the month, giving you time to learn the movements, build familiarity and progress each week. Tuesday and Thursday follow different programs. Every class begins with a coach-led explanation and warm-up, then finishes with focused core work to round things out.
RHYTHM
-
A rhythm-based rebounder class with choreography built track by track. Moving to music on the trampoline gives you a lively cardio workout with less impact than performing the same movements on a hard floor. The choreography helps you develop rhythm and coordination, while the music and energy of the group keep it fun. No previous experience is needed, just come ready to move, learn and enjoy the bounce.
-
All the energy of Power Bounce, without the choreography and fancy moves. This rebounder workout uses repeatable movements and alternates cardio intervals with light dumbbell and core exercises. Set to an energetic playlist, the emphasis is on consistent effort rather than learning combinations, making the class easy to follow while still providing a challenging full-body workout. Expect to sweat, work hard and leave feeling energized.
-
The energy of 80s aerobics classes into a modern, full-body cardio and strength endurance workout. Move through rhythmic combinations and cardio intervals using light dumbbells and ankle weights, all set to an upbeat playlist.
-
Step takes classic step aerobics and gives it a fresh routine each month. Moving on, off and around the platform, you'll learn the choreography over several weeks until the steps begin to flow and you can really enjoy the music. It is fast-paced, playful and a proper cardio workout. There is no expectation that you get every step right the first time. Come ready to sweat, laugh off the mistakes, and learn it alongside the community.
-
An all levels mat Pilates class built around a strong core, including deep abs, glutes and the stabilizing muscles that connect everything else. Using controlled movement, breath and occasional props, you'll move through thoughtful sequences designed to build strength, control and body awareness from the center out, with options to meet you where you are.
-
A low-impact, full-body barre class inspired by physiotherapy principles that blends Pilates, mobility and postural training, built for every level. You'll move through high-repetition, controlled sequences using light resistance and isometric exercise. Build muscular endurance, improve alignment and posture, balance and full body awareness.
-

We begin with breath and gentle movement, then use controlled Pilates exercises and resistance training with options for different stages, energy levels and recovery needs. Babies are welcome, and you're encouraged to move at your own pace.

This place is one of those gems of a magical universe that on the one hand, I want to sing it on the rooftops for everyone to know about, and on the other, I want to keep a tight lip about because it's so special - what a warm, welcoming space to work out with awesome people interested in cheering each other on.
