    all classes are suitable for a variety of experience levels, from newbie to seasoned athlete

    INFINITY Cardio Quickie

    If you’re a newbie to cardio training or consider yourself an endurance athlete, this interval class can serve you at the level and intensity that you desire! Your only requirement is getting through the door, we will take care of the rest! 

    INFINITY Strength

    A 4 week program to help support you as you learn new movements through frequent repetition and allows you to feel and see your progress and evolution from the beginning to the end of the 4 week cycle. 

    INFINITY Warrior Circuit

    Same program for a full month to help support you as you learn new movements through weekly repetition that allows you to feel and see your progress and evolution from the beginning to the end of the 4 week cycle.

    INFINITY Full Body HIIT

    If you’re a newbie to HIIT or well versed in the world of conditioning, this interval class can serve you at the level and intensity that you desire! Your only requirement is getting through the door, we'll take care of the rest.

    Pre/Post-natal Strength + Yoga

    This class is a complete mind-body program. 

    It is designed specifically for the pre/postnatal body. Although your babies are totally welcome, you can come without. The movements and theme remain the same throughout the month so you can see yourself evolve and progress through different iterations of each. 

    INFINITY Stretch Sesh

    An hour long guided stretching class designed to help you slow down and release tension.

    Whether you're looking to gain flexibility, learn how to stretch that one thing that always feels tight (hips? lower back? shoulders? all of the above?), or just chill out and be mindful in your body for a moment, this is the place to be! 

    INFINITY Mobility

    This class focuses on increasing range of motion and improving your body's capacity to easily access movement patterns.

    We will develop passive ranges of motions as well as active flexibility to make sure you have both strength and control in your body's ability to move.
