Classes in The Infinity Studio are intentionally designed to be accessible, sustainable, and effective—supporting long-term strength, resilience, and confidence in your body. Classes support:

  • A low-impact, full-body conditioning method focusing on core strength, mobility, and postural alignment through precise, controlled movements. Classes often utilize a mat, small hand weights, yoga blocks, the magic ring and a squishy ball to help lengthen and strengthen muscles while integrating breathing patterns to connect mind and body. Suitable for all fitness levels, it improves balance, flexibility, and functional movement.

  • Welcome to The Infinity Low Key Lift Club. This 45-minute program is specifically designed to build foundational skills, develop a strong understanding of movement, and reinforce patterns that will be used in all other classes offered in the studio.

    This class is the perfect option for those starting their exercise journey at Infinity who want a little extra care and guidance at the beginning, helping build confidence, courage, and autonomy when transitioning into other classes. It’s also an excellent option for experienced athletes who want to return to the basics and refine their skills in a session dedicated to quality movement.

    Our passionate, professional, certified coaches will guide you toward achieving your goals. Whether you’re looking to enhance athletic performance, shift your physique, or move through emotions and stress, The Infinity Movement will help you connect to your body and to the community in meaningful ways.

    This class can be taken on its own or paired with other classes on our schedule to help create a more diverse and well-rounded movement practice. See you in the studio!

  • A full-body workout using a variety of props to build strength, stability, and control from head to toe. Expect low-impact, high-intensity movement designed to strength, lengthen, and challenge your muscles in all the right ways.

    Expect a dance party set to energizing beats that keep you motivated and moving in a room with others just like you! This class blends precision, burn, and flow for a workout that feels as good as it is effective. You’ll pulse, sway and sweat your way through class while building strength, balance, and endurance.

    Expect small movements, a deep burn, and that post-class “I’m stronger than I thought” feeling — all while moving with intention and confidence.

  • Restorative Yoga is a deeply calming, slow-paced class designed to help your body and nervous system fully relax and reset. Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll be guided into gentle, long-held poses that encourage deep release without strain or effort.

    This practice focuses on breath, stillness, and mindful awareness, helping to reduce stress, ease tension, and support recovery from both physical and mental fatigue. Perfect for all levels, especially those looking to slow down, restore energy, and reconnect with their body.

  • Accessible for all levels, Bounce is a super fun, music-driven cardio experience designed to make movement feel energizing, and empowering. Classes are choreographed or programmed to sweet tunes, creating an immersive group atmosphere where it’s easy to let go, move freely, and leave smiling.

    Using mini trampolines, Bounce delivers a dynamic, low-impact workout that’s gentle on the joints — reducing stress on knees, ankles, and the back while still providing an effective cardiovascular challenge. Expect improved coordination, endurance, and mood alongside a serious dose of feel-good energy.
