At Infinity Movement, we created this space with our whole community in mind. We recognize that access to wellness spaces like this hasn’t always been possible for everyone, and we are committed to changing that. The Bath Haüs is here to strengthen and support all members of our community — especially those in marginalized groups — so together we can build resilience where it’s needed most.

Bath Haüs FAQ

  • 4 people total at any time.

  • Showering is always necessary before accessing the Bath Haüs and when going from the sauna to the cold plunge. This is necessary to keep the facilities clean.

  • Hydration is important especially while using the sauna! We advise you to start hydrating 24hours before sauna use as well as avoiding alcohol and caffeine.

  • When beginning your sauna and/or cold plunge experience we would advise you to start with shorter sessions with more breaks as you learn your body’s tolerance. Experienced users may go longer and more often with appropriate hydration and recovery depending on tolerance, temperature, and experience. Remember to always listen to your body, rest is best!

  • Each Bath Haus session lasts 45 minutes but everybody is different !

    • Up to 10-15 minutes in heat, depending on tolerance and experience

    • 10 seconds - 3.5 minutes max. cold immersion 

    • Rest up to 10 minutes

    Repeat alternate immersions of hot and cold for a few cycles

    *When going from cold to hot immersion we highlight the importance of resting several minutes between so as to allow your body to acclimate and avoid temperature shock in veins.

  • When using the Sauna on its own you can safely stay in the heat up to the full 45 minute session depending on the temperature and your heat tolerance. Be sure to take breaks and work your way up slowly while figuring out your body’s limits.

  • When cold plunging on its own, you can work your way up to longer sessions up to 10-15 minutes long depending on the temperature and your experience. It’s a great way to build greater resilience to everyday stress. It's a practice of presence, a way to reconnect with yourself, your breath, and a community grounded in healing and renewal.Take it slow and work your way up.

  • You can totally book in and use just the sauna or the cold plunge on its own however there is no separate booking / pricing.

  • Our Sauna is set to 85 degrees celsius with the combined infrared and sauna stove heat. Our Cold Plunge is set to 6 degrees celsius.

    If you would like to request an infrared only sauna session, or a different cold plunge and/or sauna temperature please reach out to us at info@infinitymovement.ca with your desired session and modifications, and we will be happy to schedule that for you !
