Heidi Lee Rubin

With 25 years in the industry behind them, Heidi opened Infinity Movement with the mission of creating brave and inclusive space and building strength and resilience in the fitness world, one #rainbrojock at a time!
As a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and entrepreneur, Heidi’s enthusiasm has rightfully earned them the title of "Captain Fun", a moniker that tells you everything you need to know about their approach to coaching.

Autumn
RESTORATIVE AND HATHA YOGA TEACHER
With a background in mental health and over a decade of practise, including 2yrs as a certified yoga teacher, Autumn knows the importance of connecting with your mind and body. She seeks to create safe spaces for people of all walks of life to do so, to find greater comfort in your body and to try something new. No matter what if it's your first time or you've been doing yoga for years, Autumn loves to help everyone see themselves in yoga and help them grow in both their practise and in themselves.

Blake
PERSONAL TRAINING, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING, PERFORMANCE, FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT, CONDITIONING AND ENDURANCE, INJURY REHABILITATION
A former Div 1 AA, C.I.S football player and club rugby player, Blake has 11 years of fitness experience. He has amassed a great amount of knowledge from training with some of the best in North America and coaches with the goal to help as many people as possible to achieve a love for fitness and make their better selves a reality. Whatever your goals are, stronger, faster, better physique, more athletic, recovering from injury, Blake believes that together you can make it happen
Having studied both psychology and sociology, Blake’s approach to coaching starts from the belief that one can develop a strong mind and better sense of self through fitness.

Émilie
Curious and creative by nature, Émilie is inspired by the state of flow. First introduced to the practice of yoga in 2010 during her contemporary dance studies, & eventually became certified to teach in 2020. Since then, as a perpetual student, she continues to train regularly and has acquired various certifications, including in Yin, Mindfulness, and Mobility applied to yoga. Émilie seeks to democratize this ancient practice and guides her students to cultivate mindfulness with sincerity and accessibility. More interested by our similarities than our differences, her goal is to cultivate a warm and inclusive space that fosters their well-being.

Heather
Snow birding down south, will be back in the spring!
With over a decade of experience in trampoline fitness, Heather brings a unique, fun, and inclusive approach to every workout. Her journey began when she discovered the exhilarating combination of dance and bounce, and she hasn't looked back since. Having owned her own studio for five years allowed Heather to work with thousands of clients, many of whom have shared that her approach transformed their view of exercise. She's passionate about making fitness accessible to all and creating a welcoming community where everyone can feel empowered on their fitness journey.

Hugh
With ten years in the game, Hugh remains always a student. His impressive list of certifications includes an MSc in Sports and Exercise Science and Medicine, Moving Just Fine Mat Pilates, Movement Method Advanced Teacher Training, Yoga Club Restorative Yoga Training, and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He is also a Master Flexibility Trainer through Flexibility Research and has completed 100 hours of Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Studio Mile End. Hugh is a certified Human Movement Coach, an Animal Flow Level 1 Instructor, and an FRC Certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. He holds a Canfitpro Personal Training Specialist certification and completed 50 hours of Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Bernie Clark at Semperviva Yoga in Vancouver. Additionally, he is a 500-hour certified teacher through Shiva Yoga Peeth Rishikesh (Yoga Alliance) and holds an MA in Philosophy.

Noël is on a mission to help others find love and joy in movement, and make the fitness world more inclusive, empowering and fun! The importance of community is at the core of their practice. They work with people of all levels and abilities; eager to adapt strength training, HIIT, stretching, (and more!), to a variety of wants and needs.

Abi
Abigail (Abi) Michelis a movement practitioner, dance artist, and coach. Certified in the science of yoga and meditation, group fitness, personal training, and professionally trained in dance, she has been coaching at Infinity Movement since October 2025, after joining the gym community in November 2024.
Coaching since the age of 16 and with experience in various sports, Abi designs classes that blend strength, fluidity, and body awareness. She approaches movement as a tool for transformation, self-expression, and connection. Through her coaching, she invites clients to move with intention, joy, and power, offering an accessible, mindful, and embodied training experience.escription goes here

Elody
Elody (Elo) is a 500+ hrs certified yoga teacher in Hatha/Vinyasa and a student of the Human Movement Studies under her guidance of Marcello Palozzo.
She’s a curious by nature and movement enthusiast. Her classes are a blend of all those fields and styles she got to experience in those last 10years.

Karah
Karah is a nutritionist and former high-level swimmer who is passionate about helping people build a positive relationship with their body, food, and movement. From the start of her career, she has been deeply interested in creating spaces where everyone feels welcome and valued.
Karah believes movement should be inclusive, fun, and empowering. She discovered bounce in 2022 and loves sharing the joy, freedom, and feel-good energy of bouncing…one smile at a time!

Joe joined the Infinity community in 2024 and has taken on the role of Operations Manager / Administrative support since July 2025. They are a multi-disciplinary performer, artist, and writer with a passion for people and community building. They love to chat and answer questions so don't hesitate to stop in and say hi!

Nikita
Nikita graduated from ENOSI in Montreal and has been a practicing osteopath since 2021. Coming from a dance and fitness background, movement incorporation and body awareness are key aspects to her approach as a body worker. Working in tandem with her clients, her goal is to accompany them in achieving their optimal health by gaining in their autonomy and balance. Nikita has loved practicing her passion at The Infinity Movement as she shares its values of authenticity, community, kindness and wellbeing.

Quinn
Trauma-informed massage therapist, trained through Ontario’s 2,200-hour RMT program with a focus on orthopaedic, evidence-based massage (2019); Second Degree Level of Reiki in the Usui System of Natural Healing (2016); 20hr Mental Health Skills Certification (2015); 300hr Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (2011).
With over 15 years of experience working with bodies, Quinn’s approach is deeply wholistic and collaborative. They view the body as an interconnected system, working with clients not just on symptoms but on uncovering the root causes of pain, injury, or tension. This perspective is grounded in a broader understanding that social systems, largely capitalism, gravely impact our physical, psychological, and medical health. This conviction drives their parallel commitment to community, mutual-aid, and tenant organizing for housing justice in Verdun, seeing secure housing as a fundamental pillar of health and well-being.

Raeven
Graduate from the College d'Études Ostéopathiques (CEO) de Montréal in 2018 and awarded the clinical excellence prize. Meditation and intuitive awareness teacher training. Postpartum doula training with Motherwit and the Matrona. 200HR Yoga teacher training with Lyne St Roch in 2011.
Raeven's approach to osteopathy focuses on wholeness and global health. She offers devotion and attentiveness to her clients, in support of their bodily well being within the larger framework of their lived experience.
Her approach is informed by extensive postgraduate training in osteopathy (e.g., biodynamic osteopathy, plagiocephaly, nursing and tongue tie management, peripheral nerve manipulation, psychosomatic approaches to pelvic pain), but also tangential topics including postpartum mood disorders, mindfulness and embodied conflict resolution, in order to provide well rounded care to her clients.

Tim
CERTIFIED MASSAGE THERAPIST WITH A SPECIALIZATION IN SWEDISH, SPORTS AND MYOFASCIAL MASSAGE
Originally hailing from British Columbia, Tim received his Bachelors in Philosophy from the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, before teaching, traveling, and performing his way throughout S.E. Asia. It was during these travels that a love of yoga, fire dancing and body movement/dynamics lead him on the path towards massage therapy. In 2016 Tim completed his Hatha Yoga Teachers training at PranaShanti Yoga Center in Ottawa Ontario. In 2024 he completed his Swedish Massage Therapy training and began working at Strom Spa on Nuns Island as a massage therapist. Since then, Tim has continued training and specializing his massage practice with a focus on Myofascial and Sports Massage Techniques. In 2025 he was named Strom Spa’s massage therapist of the Year for Nuns Island, Quebec.
