Infinity Movement was conceived because of the absence of brave and inclusive spaces in the fitness industry.

All classes are suitable for a variety of experience levels, from newbie to seasoned athlete, and each of our programs can be followed on its own or can be paired with other classes on our schedule to help create a more diverse movement practice.

Build strength and power safely in these weight-training, endurance and HIIT classes by improving patterning, biomechanics, balance, and alignment while learning and executing a full range of compound exercises and explosive movement combinations.

At Infinity Movement, our strength classes are designed to do more than just build muscle — they focus on posture, alignment, functional movement patterns, and restoring balance throughout the body. Whether you’re recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain compensations, or simply looking to improve overall performance, our in-house pros help reprogram the body for long-term strength, mobility, and resilience.

Each section includes 2-3 exercises with set reps. You’ll complete 2–4 rounds at your own pace, focusing first on movement quality, then increasing range of motion and finally adding resistance and progressive overload as your strength builds.

Infinity Circuit is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to build strength, cardio and muscular endurance, agility, balance, and mental resilience. Using a consistent interval format—40 seconds of work / 20 seconds rest—this full-body circuit keeps your body adapting and your mind engaged with a fresh mix of exercises each session.
Class Format:
Program intro + warm-up
Aprox 48-minute HIIT circuit (40s work / 20s rest)
Finisher -> Cool down -> guided stretch

Challenge your body and mind with our Infinity Warrior Circuit, a high-energy, full-body workout designed to push your limits and elevate your fitness. This 60-minute class runs the same circuit all month, allowing you to master movements, build strength, and progress at your own pace.
Fusing unconventional training methods with functional fitness, this class combines elements of strength, endurance, agility, balance, coordination, mobility, and more. It’s perfect for all levels—each movement is scalable to suit your experience.

This program is specifically designed to build foundational skills, acquire a comprehensive understanding of movements and reinforce patterning that will be used in all of the other classes that are held here in the studio. This class is the perfect option for people who are looking to start their exercise journey here at Infinity and want a little extra care at the start so they can build more courage and autonomy while attending other classes.
This is also an excellent option for the experienced athletes that want to return to the basics and practice their skills in a session that is made specifically for that.

The Low Key Lift Pre/Postnatal Program is a complete mind-body experience, combining weight and body weight training with stretching and breathwork. It is specifically designed to safely support the body during both prenatal and postnatal periods.
Babies (3 months and older) are welcome, but you're also free to come solo. The movements and theme stay consistent throughout the month so you can track your evolution and progress through each iteration.
Guided sessions in English and French. No experience required. Designed for everyone.

Immerse yourself in mind-body practices like Pilates, yoga, mini trampoline and barre, that build resilience from the inside out. These classes focus on core strength balance, stability, mobility, breath-work, and muscular and cardio endurance. They can be low or high intensity while remaining low-impact.

Our Floor Barre class at Infinity Movement is a dynamic, low-impact workout designed for all fitness levels. This mat-based class blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to tone and sculpt your entire body — no dance experience required.
Class begins with an invigorating warm-up, followed by targeted upper body, lower body, and core work. Using light weights, resistance bands, sliders, and fluid choreography, you’ll challenge your muscles, improve flexibility, and boost endurance — all while staying grounded on the floor.

This high-energy workout is structured into four core components: a full-body warm-up, boxing technique and skill development, partner drills, and a focused cool down.
Perfect for all fitness levels, this class combines fundamental boxing movements with conditioning exercises to improve coordination, mobility, and muscular endurance.

Looking for a workout that feels more like a party? Our Bounce Class is a high-energy, full-body workout on mini trampolines, perfect for all fitness levels. Set to upbeat pop and Latin tracks, it combines easy-to-follow choreography with low-impact cardio for a fun, feel-good sweat session.

This isn’t your average bounce class — this is Grind Bounce. Built for intensity, this full-body athletic rebounding workout hits hard from the. You’ll kick things off with intervals (HIIT) that everyone can do at their own speed and intensity, then power through upper-body and core-focused strength work, and finish with an all-out trampoline sprint series that will leave nothing left in the tank.
Every movement is designed for a mix of fun and performance — no choreography. Just raw energy, explosive effort, and serious results.
What to Expect:
60 minutes of structured athletic training on the trampoline
Warm up
Phase 1: 20 minutes of high-intensity cardio intervals to fire up your system
Phase 2: 9 minutes of upper-body strength and core stability work using bodyweight and optional resistance

Whether you’re experiencing tight hips, lower back pain, stiff shoulders, or simply want to relax and unwind, this stretch session is the perfect reset. Our instructor-led flow begins with individualized requests, so every class is personalized to meet your unique physical and mental needs.

Our Restorative Yoga and Crystal Sound Bath experience is designed to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and energetic renewal. This gentle yoga practice fully supports the body with props, allowing you to feel safe, held, and completely at ease—encouraging both the body and mind to let go of tension.
By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, this class promotes healing, reduces stress, and nurtures emotional well-being. Once you’ve settled into a place of calm, the soothing vibrations of seven crystal singing bowls wash over you. This powerful sound bath helps realign your magnetic field and release energetic blockages, creating a deeply personal and transformative journey every time.

A grounding and empowering Hatha Yoga experience designed to support you at every level of your yoga journey. Rooted in traditional yoga practices, this multi-level Hatha yoga class focuses on mastering the foundational postures (asanas) while enhancing body awareness and alignment.
Each pose is held a bit longer to allow you time to explore alignment and build strength from the inside out. The class incorporates a mindful blend of breathwork (pranayama), sustained yoga poses, gentle stretching, and moderate strengthening—creating a balanced, meditative, and energizing practice.
Accessible for folks who would other wise not be able to access these services for any reason they see as valid, no questions asked. Sliding scale for anyone that needs it with Trans / non-binardy Affinity Classes and Bipoc Affinity Classes available on a rolling basis.
