    With 25 years in the industry behind them, Heidi opened Infinity Movement with the mission of creating brave and inclusive space and building strength and resilience in the fitness world, one #rainbrojock at a time!

     

    As a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and entrepreneur, Heidi’s enthusiasm has rightfully earned them the title of "Captain Fun", a moniker that tells you everything you need to know about their approach to coaching.

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER - LEVEL 1 CROSSFIT TRAINER

     

    A former Div 1 AA, C.I.S football player and club rugby player, Blake has 11 years of fitness experience. He has amassed a great amount of knowledge from training with some of the best in North America and coaches with the goal to help as many people as possible to achieve a love for fitness and make their better selves a reality. Whatever your goals are, stronger, faster, better physique, more athletic, recovering from injury, Blake believes that together you can make it happen.

     

    Studying both psychology and sociology in university, and Blake’s approach to coaching starts from the belief that one can develop a strong mind and better sense of self through fitness.

    FLEXIBILITY - STRENGTH - BODY COMPOSITION

     

    Hugh is a certified Strength & Conditioning coach with the NSCA and currently studying for a masters in sport and exercise science. He has also previously completed a masters degree in philosophy and continues to have a deep interest in eastern philosophy, as well as a passion for physical movement and mental well-being. As a coach Hugh’s skill set includes, but is not limited to, flexibility training, strength training, and hand balance.

    Hugh takes an approach that recognises that as human beings we are complicated entities and he considers taking a holistic approach fundamental. A client’s fitness routine should compliment and aid their life, not take away from it.

    With a background in dance and performance, Noël has a passion for movement in all of its forms. They approach exercise as a way to connect to the body, to support, understand and listen to the structures we live in.

     

    Noël is on a mission to help others find love and joy in movement, and make the fitness world more inclusive, empowering and fun! The importance of community is at the core of their practice. They work with people of all levels and abilities; eager to adapt strength training, HIIT, stretching, (and more!), to a variety of wants and needs.

    With 10+ years as a fitness coach and a sports athlete background, Chris brings experience and knowledge to the table. Being a self-proclaimed combo king when programming workouts, you can expect to have a lot of fun!

    Chis holds certifications in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Glute Specialist, Tactical Conditioning, Corrective Exercise and Battle Ropes, and they specialize in Functional Training and Sports Performance.

    With over 15 years of experience from strength training to boxing, Paloma is passionate about coaching and empowering people to feel stronger in both mind and body. They approach physical training in the gym as a way to exercise and build our capacity to do hard things in our everyday lives. 

     

    As an educator and forever student, she continues to study and incorporate harm reduction, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches into their practice. They offer 1:1 privates, small group training for more personalized programs, and coach HIIT, boxing conditioning, and strength classes that are designed to be challenging, sweaty, and fun.

    STRENGTH - PILATES - PRE/POST-NATAL

    NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

     

    Maura is a dedicated Pilates instructor and NASM certified personal trainer with a wealth of expertise in empowering individuals on their fitness journey. Certified in training throughout the menstrual cycle and specializing in pelvic floor health as well as training with diastasis recti, she brings a unique focus on women's health to her pre and postnatal practice.

    With a nurturing yet empowering approach, Maura helps guide her clients through workouts tailored to the before and after birthing experience. Whether it's through mat-based Pilates sessions or strength-based workouts or both, she is committed to helping individuals achieve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
