    all classes are suitable for a variety of experience levels, from newbie to seasoned athlete

     

    Our role as coaches and personal trainers are to effectively teach our members about exercise, what exercises to do and how to execute them in ways that are safe, guiding the way towards increasing and optimizing health. We are aware that so many places dedicated towards building strength and resilience, are inaccessible to many people so here at The Infinity Movement, we are doing all that we can to eliminate the barriers that limit that access to some, while providing it to others. We provide highly experienced coaching in an inclusive space that centers the needs of marginalized people so that everyone can have access to the same kind of success!

    STRENGTH

    All of the strength classes at The Infinity Movement are built to focus mainly on posture, alignment, patterning and reprogramming the body to move in more efficient ways that will help support and correct habits and compensations that naturally occur with day-to-day life.

     

    MONDAY INFINITY STRENGTH CLASS - 60min

    Full body strength program with the emphasis on the upper body.

     

    This program remains the same for the entire month, giving participants an opportunity to learn the movements over time, practice and build confidence, then increase the intensity by adding more resistance.⁃ program description and explanation.⁃ warm-up⁃ each section has 2-3 exercises with a set about of reps. participants will go through all reps and then continue to complete as many rounds as they can in the set amount of time. the intention is to learn the movements and the increase the range of motion as they gain mobility and increase the weight resistance as the gain strength.⁃ 1st section is 15min and that includes your working warmup⁃ 2nd and 3rd section are 12min⁃ finisher. an added bonus of 2-4 minutes to tie the program together and finish the session off as a team.

     

    WEDNESDAY INFINITY STRENGTH CLASS- 60min

    Full Body Strength program with the emphasis on the lower body

    FRIDAY INFINITY STRENGTH CLASS - 60min

    Full Body Strength program with the emphasis on the unconventional strength training movements

     

    This program remains the same for the entire month, giving participants an opportunity to learn the movements over time, practice and build confidence, then increase the intensity by introducing progressive overload. ⁃ program description and explanation.⁃ warm-up⁃ each section has 2-3 exercises with a set about of reps. participants will go through all reps and then continue to complete as many rounds as they can in the set amount of time. the intention is to learn the movements and the increase the range of motion as they gain mobility and increase the weight resistance as the gain strength.

    INFINITY CIRCUIT - 60min

    This is an interval training circuit program with the emphasis on building cardiovascular/muscular endurance, agility, coordination, reaction time, balance and resilience.

    Unlike the other Infinity programs, this class is different every time, with some exercises that will inevitably come back into the mix which supports our members toward having a better understanding of new movements by repeating them enough to allow the body to learn and adapt while simultaneously keeping the body guessing by introducing new movements all the time. This helps us to be more physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually flexible.This is an interval training circuit program with the emphasis on building cardiovascular/muscular endurance, agility, coordination, reaction time, balance and resilience.

     

    The circuit is 48 min of active work including an interval ratio of 40 sec on and 20 sec to rest/transition with a total of 4 rounds through. Group programs based on timed intervals are great for a wide range of athletic levels, abilities and experiences. A seasoned athlete can perform at a very high intensity along side a new client who is new to training and everyone will be guided toward the appropriate exercise for their unique needs and encouraged to listen to their own bodies.

    INFINITY WARRIOR CIRCUIT - 60 min

    This is a full body circuit class that leans heavily into unconventional training movement patterns. Developed because conventional training systems aren’t fun for everyone and here at the Infinity Movement, we are all about having a real good time! The Infinity Warrior Circuit feels a bit lit running an obstacle course with elements of endurance peppered in and around features that will challenge your ability to learn new movement skills. Some features include breaking down and building up the steps to efficiently climb/jump over things, use your entire body to push and pull things and harness the kind of power that can only come with understanding how the body transfers energy by anchoring and using torque. The program is built to help support and increase stability, balance, reaction time, coordination, mobility, activating the neuromuscular system. This circuit stays the same for a month so that participants can learn and evolve throughout the weeks.⁃ program description and explanation.

    FIGHT FUN DAMENTAL CIRCUIT - 60 min

    A dynamic full body circuit that blends boxing technique with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This program offers an introduction to core principles of boxing including footwork, punches, and defensive maneuvers. Following fundamentals, boxing techniques are then combined with functional exercises, that build explosiveness, core strength, agility, coordination, reaction time, and punching power.

     

    The foundation of the program remains consistent all month, and can be modified to the participants skill and energy level. Whether you’re newcomer to boxing or a dopamine hunter, all the exercises can be adapted for you. This no-contact class with no need for additional equipment or gear. The focus is on fun, technique, building fundamental fighting skills, enhancing muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and most importantly HEART ❤️
